The mesh package is a free-tier, limited package that allows any designer/developer in our talent pool to be assigned to. This essentially means you do not get a dedicated designer/developer and your variety are limited. Instead of paying monthly, you will pay the estimated amount quoted per task.

In order to protect our developers from any abuse, we have required an on-boarding fee to compensate for the time we take to setup all development environments. However, this fee gets 100% credited to your account immediately to be used to pay for tasks you have set up under the project.

Yes you can set up unlimited projects and brands under one account. However, do keep in mind that your turnaround time is limited on how many designers, developers or teams you have. The plans include one of each but you can have as many plans (which scales your teams) as you want.

We will be adding a partnership option in the future to select digital agencies to "rent out" and get paid for their in-house designer/developer time and resources under Mesh and Mesh GO plans. This will allow your company some additional income for your employees' downtime. It also allows them to stay sharp and learn in a unique way completing external client tasks.

Yes. Every brand requires a small onboarding period (for development only) when you have set a new brand up in the platform. Most cases this can be done in the background and does not need any interaction between yourselves and our team. You can create the brand and start adding tasks immediately without any block however, you may see a small delay in completing the first task on a new brand. This is because we need a small period of time to set up the repositories, development servers and documentation to allow our developers to be successful.

We are currently working on a way to assist our design team better using artificial intelligence correctly. We will only implement any AI into our platform where it makes sense, provides value to our clients and actually helps our team.
