With our secure backend portal, you are in complete control and can track progress every step of the way.
Manage all your projects and attach specific guidelines by creating brands, projects and assigning tasks. This is acts as the bucket for your projects as well as letting your designer(s) and/or developer(s) know the specific details about the brand, projects and tasks they will be working on.

Whether you are using a developer, designer or pod (both) - once you have set up your tasks, they will immediately be notified that there is work to be completed. The typical turnaround time is less than 24 hours to up to 48 hours in some cases.
During the process, you will have access to communication between yourself and your team through our backend system and/or communication tools you prefer. We integrate seemlessly.
Regardless if it's code or design work, your changes/files will be ready to review in a secure, simple way. We use private servers for storage as well as for hosting any development environments (unlimited) needed for code review. Our developers can also integrate into your GIT repositories alongside our own if internal code reviews are needed.
Once approved, all files and assets will be ready for you to download from our backend system. Simple as that!
For development tasks, we also have a conceirge agreement where a privileged specialist can also upload the changes to your live website or application for you.
